Travel Insurance - Tourism

1) Medical & Other Expenses

~ Becoming ill overseas can be far more expensive that in Malaysia particularly in the USA. The travel insurance agent will reimburse for any medical, emergency dental, hospital, surgical and nursing home charges incurred overseas

2) Hospital Confinement Benefit

~ Injury or sickness including additional of forfeited travelling, hotel expenses or board

3) Trip Cancellation Expenses

~ Additional travelling and hotel expenses or board incurred or forfeited by the insured person after the commencement of the holiday of travel

4) Loss of Deposits

~ Loss of travel and / or accommodation expenses paid in advance

5) Personal Baggage

~ Loss or damage to the insured person's baggage clothing and personal effects only

6) Delayed Baggage Benefit

~ Delayed or misdirection of your baggage in excess of twelve hours, you can claim for the cost of having to purchase essential items such as clothing or toilet articles subjected to itemised receipts of purchased items

7) Personal Liability

~ Indemnifies the third party against bodily injury or damage to property which the insured is legally liable to pay due to an accident caused by the negligence of the insured

8) Aircraft Hijacking

~ Delay or interruption to the journey in excess of twelve hours resulting from the insured person being prevented from reaching the scheduled destination of the aircraft on which he is a passenger as a result of an act of Aircraft Hijacking

9) Travel Delay

~ In the event that each flight or voyage in which the insured had arranged to travel is delayed in excess of 12 hours due to any unforeseen circumstances beyond the insured's control
